Advocate Sudha Ambastha, a lady advocate with more than three decades at the Bar, has practised before the High Court of Judicature at Patna since her enrolment with the Bar Council of Bihar in 1995. Her practice includes criminal and civil matters. She is a panel advocate of the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, through which the Court provides representation to litigants entitled to legal aid, and a member of Bihar Mahila Samaj, the women's rights organisation founded in Patna in 1967 and affiliated to the National Federation of Indian Women. वे पटना उच्च न्यायालय विधिक सेवा समिति (High Court Legal Services Committee) की पैनल अधिवक्ता हैं, जिसके माध्यम से न्यायालय विधिक सहायता (Legal Aid) के पात्र पक्षकारों को प्रतिनिधित्व देता है, और बिहार महिला समाज की सदस्य हैं — 1967 में पटना में स्थापित महिला अधिकार संगठन, जो National Federation of Indian Women से संबद्ध है।
